No longer will we have a pathetic and empathetic attitude towards candidates coming into the office to fill in a questionnaire or for an interview. We are not here to serve them. Those days are over!

Whomever is interested in working with us need to convince me why I should hire them by telling me what they can do for me. How can they make my workload lighter, how can they contribute towards the growth of the business and how can they evolve themselves in the process. Growth and evolution in an employee is expected and it should be implemented into the company again in return. 

I’ve seen lazy people and I’ve seen stagnating people but once I’ve seen a disloyal person and lost all my trust. I will make sure that doesn’t happen again. Good riddance and good luck!

My wife made a joke when i said that the new employer of that person never phoned me as a reference. She said that if they did i should’ve told them that I don’t want to tell them how bad he is because then I may not be able to get rid of him. That is how you call a spade a spade!

I’m minding my own business to do my business. I’m not here to entertain you, make sure you can sustain your lifestyle or to watch you wash your dirty laundry. I expect you to do your work and do it with passion and willingness. If you can’t do that we are going to have a problem.
